Instructions

After downloading, double-click mda_5_1_0.zip to extract installer
Right click Installer > select 'Show Package Contents'
Drill down to app by opening: /Contents/MacOS/mda_5_1_0
Open Terminal > Type Sudo > drag mda_5_1_0 into terminal
Press enter and then provide your computer password to launch installer
